DESCRIPTION:Join our Park Stewards for this hands-on volunteer event\, removing two troublesome invasive species\, oriental bittersweet and honeysuckle\, found throughout Easter Lake Park. These invasive species\, degrade the woodland areas throughout the park by choking (oriental bittersweet) or out competing our native understory species through chemical input (honeysuckle). \nUse the south entrance to Easter Lake Park off Easter Lake Drive.
